Glass-fused to steel grain storage towers
The conical hopper has a device for active air ventilation. The towers can be assembled into batteries. The loading is carried out from the receiving object by the conveyors into the pocket lift. The fall line falls on the conveyor that stacks the individual towers. The pickup is gravitational from a conical hopper to a conveyor that transports the medium to a location as per the user’s requirement. Individual towers are equipped with silo-meters, level markers. Conveyors are placed on a steel structure. Alternatively, it is possible to make towers on a flat concrete floor. The table shows the tower dimensions. Individual capacity can be agreed individually.

Storage of loose materials
Glass-fused to steel storage containers for wet corn grain storage. These storage tanks represent a modern corn grain storage system, saving the environment and operating costs. The gastight container design allows the grain to be stored with humidity up to 38% in the CO 2 atmosphere. Corn grain is immediately transported by the pneumatic conveyor into the hopper immediately after harvesting. Then, there is a fermentation process in which CO 2 escapes to corn. The system includes balancing bags that are located outside the tank and are used to control excess CO 2 gas. A screw is placed in the bottom of the hopper, which transports the stored grain into the feed system. By continuous filling and sampling, the surface layer of corn is not evaluated.
